Ever gear yourself up for something all day only to see it not happen? That was me yesterday.
I have been planning to go Golfing in the evening with some friends - Rudi, Sam and Jim only to have nature tell me, "NO!" just as I was about to leave.
I shaved (usually don't do that on my day off), put on some good "Golf Clothes," at dinner quickly, already had my clubs in the car...I WAS READY!
Then the storm hit! NO GOLF!
What about our life's storms?
We are getting ready to be with God, spend time with Him, put on our "garments of praise." Do we stop when a storm in life hits?
Unlike golfing in rain, thunder, and lightening is unsafe, continuing to meet with God in the midst of a storm is what we must do!
Jesus if that's you, tell me to come!

Out of the boat and into the storm I go!
